Cancellation and refund policy
Once your registration has been completed, there will be no refunds available. The Meeting content will remain on-line and active for three months after the Meeting and remain accessible for registered delegates to view at any time during this period, hence providing full value to any registered parties. The Meeting Secretariat will not provide any refunds.
Your registration may be transferred to another person by 21 January 2022. The Meeting Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers by this date.
In the event of a postponement all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new Meeting dates. All components of your registration will also be transferred.
In the event of the cancellation of the Meeting, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.
In registering for this Meeting relevant details (name/country) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and also may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the Meeting including sponsors, key suppliers and future Meetings. Your name and contact information may be used by the Meeting Secretariat and other approved stakeholder, for marketing and managing this and future events of this type.
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as displayed on this website. The Meeting and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control.
